There’s few other Aussie areas that can claim the raw reef power that the Cronulla beach area boasts. From Solander to Sandshoes there lies some of Australia’s heaviest waves. Reefs like Pikers, Suckrock, Voodoo, The Reefs, The Point, The Island and Windy are responsible for The Shires reputation for producing big wave chargers. On any swell you can luck into one of the heaviest barrels right here in your own backyard. Below you wont get barrels like this at Bondi, unknown pitted at The Point around ’09 .
