1979. Cronulla Point. Brad Hampton shot in the slot with a Nikonos III. At the time surfers would use a wetsuit vest over the top of a short sleeved spring suit for added warmth. The vest was so versatile as you could use it with boardies, a short John or a Long John. Tim Vanderlaan Photo.
