Phil “Jughead”Carey rarely ever missed a day surfing at Elouera in the 80’s. Rain , hail or shine and no matter how big or small Jughead was always in the lineup usually scoring the wave of the day.Glenn Pringle names Jughead as one of his earliest surfing heroes growing up.
