Ralph Rotten

Rolf Myers earned the title “Ralph Rotten” in the 70’s due to his heavy handed diplomacy towards outsiders surfing The Point. Many non locals came out second best with The Points heaviest of heavies and tales of his regulating the lineup still do the rounds today. Ralph could clear the break when he paddled out and was known to paddle over the top or run down anyone who got in his way. Rolf set up Waterforce Surfboards in the 80’s.
