Elouera Board riders club started with a bunch of guys that “Hung” on the concrete steps next to the Elouera dunny’s. In 1977 it was a prime spot, out of the cold westerlies winds , but in the morning sun, and right near the entrance to the ladies toilets. Mark Rohr seen here just returning from a surf.
